I just read here that Emirates is going to save its passengers the hassle of going through the newspapers and magazines on its Airbus flights, in order, to save weight! That’s right, 2 Kilograms worth of paper and print a seat, 500 passengers, and their plane is a tonne slimmer! Still they’ll compensate by featuring material on the entertainment centers. That is nifty but I personally prefer the aroma of print.
